has held various leadership roles in
Haiti, including President of the
Northern Chamber of Commerce,
Departmental Delegate of the
Government and Customs Director. As
an entrepreneur, he operated a sugar
cane distillery from 1983 to 2008 and
led a local soccer team, FICA, to three
(3) National Championships in Haiti.

Rosebrune Vixamar

Rosebrune S. Vixamar is a purpose-driven leader, cultural advocate, and community builder with a heart for justice and vision for transformation. She is the founder and president of International Women of H.O.P.E., a global nonprofit dedicated to uplifting women and girls through Healing, Opportunity, Purpose, and Empowerment. She believes in change through education.
With more than a decade of impact in Haiti, the United States, and Brazil, Rosebrune has championed initiatives in education, wellness, sustainable development, and women’s leadership. She is the visionary behind the HOPE Center and Training Facility in Limonade, Haiti—a space dedicated to empowerment, education, and restoration for women and young people.
In northern Haiti, Rosebrune plays an active and supportive role in agricultural initiatives led by Eddy Lahens with the Lakay Pi Bon movement, working hand-in-hand with local farmers, youth, and community leaders. These efforts support food security, ecological sustainability, and rural empowerment, laying the groundwork for long-term transformation.
She is also the CEO of Chez Nous Entreprises, and co-founder of Eagle Global Export-Import, using entrepreneurship as a platform for innovation and inclusion.
As a proud member of Lakay Pi Bon and a Shareholder of the Haitian Development Trust Corporation (HDT), she remains deeply committed to Haiti’s cultural and economic revival.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Rosebrune is a wife to Enock Vixamar, a devoted mother of two, and a joyful grandmother. Her leadership is marked by faith, integrity, and a fierce commitment to the next generation. Through every project and partnership, she continues to plant seeds of hope—believing that dignity, opportunity, and community can change the course of the nation of Haiti and transform
Rosebrune has also participated in numerous conversations and collaborative forums focused on the betterment and advancement of Haiti. Through her involvement with diverse community leaders, organizations, and visionaries, she continues to contribute to strategies and dialogues aimed at building a stronger, more united Haiti.

Kerby Jean-Gilles is an accomplished entrepreneur with a strong background in general management. He holds a license in real estate, life, and health insurance, and currently serves as the General Manager at Synergy Funding LLC.
With extensive experience in management, sales, and team building, Kerby is known for his strategic mindset and leadership skills.
He is also a passionate business enthusiast, committed to driving growth and innovation in every venture he undertakes.
